On Saturday, April 2nd at 8:45 AM, you are invited to join AmeriCorps Volunteers in the first meeting of the WCPA Invasive Plant Species Strikeforce! We will meet at the Nature Center to sign in. New park volunteers please arrive at 8:30 AM to fill out the necessary paperwork for the state.

We will begin our efforts to remove invasive plant species on the Continental Lane beginning at the Johnson Ferry House and heading East! The rain date for the WCPA Invasive Species Strikeforce is Sunday, April 3rd.

Please bring a pair of loppers, a bow saw, and a spade shovel (if you have them), a water bottle, snack, and work gloves!
