Bring a mat and your preferred props\, and wear comfortable clothes. \nFind us on River Drive in the lower park\, in front of the main parking lot near the Nelson House. There is no entry fee in the lower park but parking is limited so biking\, walking and carpooling is recommended. Classes are free\, however donations are deeply appreciated!
