SUMMARY:Tai Chi by the River
DESCRIPTION:Tai Chi with our steadfast volunteers and beloved teachers Lisa and Robert! They’ll be leading classes by the River for all levels on Saturday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Wear comfy clothes\, no mat required. \nFind us on River Drive in the lower park\, in front of the main parking lot. There is no entry fee in the lower park but parking is limited so biking\, walking and carpooling is recommended. CDC recommended social distancing will be in place. Classes are free\, however donations are deeply appreciated! \nWe meet in front of the second parking lot\, between the Nelson House and the restroom in the lower park\, along the Delaware River.

DESCRIPTION:This is a 3.5-4 mile guided hike taking on the park’s natural and historic areas and several interesting remote sections of the park at the latter portion of the fall foliage season. Wear sturdy footwear\, bring drinking water\, and a snack. Meet at the Nature Center pavilion. Advanced registration is required. Activity will take place weather permitting. Free.
