Meet renowned multi-disciplinary artist Nathan Young at Pennsbury Manor. First, experience his sonic art installation nkwiluntàmën. Then hear Young’s presentation followed by Q&A
Nathan Young is a member of the Delaware Tribe of Indians, a federally recognized Lenape Tribe.
In his exhibition currently on view, nkwiluntàmën, Young reimagined Pennsbury Manor as a site for both reflecting on our nation’s past and envisioning new futures that honor Indigenous perspectives.
From 11 am – 1 pm, go at your own pace to experience the sound installation nkwiluntàmën by Nathan Young. There is a $3 fee to tour the grounds.
At 1 pm, enjoy “Welcome to Lenapehoking,” a performative lecture by Nathan Young.
There will also be an opportunity to answer audience questions about Young’s experience creating nkwiluntàmën.
