Washington Crossing in Bucks County Pennsylvania and Princeton in Mercer County, New Jersey are bookends to Ten Crucial Days Historic Area. What happened here, from December of 1776 to January of 1777 changed the course of history. Washington Crossing, Trenton, and Princeton is at the apex of the Crossroads of the American Revolution. Collectively, the historic sites of the Ten Crucial Days Historic Area offer everyone, young and old, insights on how America became a nation. Both an open classroom, and worthy of historic preservation, we invite you to "Join the Cause"...become a steward of the lands and sites that changed world history.
