Stoneware crocks, bladders, vinegar, gally pot, and sugar will abound as the cooks preserve the harvest for the coming winter. 

This program is provided free of charge with admission to Pennsbury Manor, which includes a tour of the Manor House and other historic buildings. Tours are offered at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 pm.
