The grass is green, and cows are being milked. The cooks will be demonstrating 17th century receipts using dairy products.

This program is provided free of charge with admission to Pennsbury Manor, which includes a tour of the Manor House and other historic buildings. Tours are offered at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 pm.
