Want to find out what life was like 300 years ago? Colonial camp is a fun-filled week of hands-on history. Children will don their own 17^th century clothing and step back to a time when food and medicine came from the garden and the major route into the city was the river.  With a different theme every day, Colonial Campers will make and play 17^th century games, learn wool carding and spinning, meet the animals, and cook in the kitchen house. At the end of the week parents and caregivers are invited to return for a camper-led living history tour of the site.

Colonial Camp is for children ages 6-8.  Reservations are required and space is limited. Camp runs from July 11^th-15^th, from 10 am to 3 pm.  For registration information, email Kerry Scott at c-kerscott@pa.gov. Cost is $235 for Pennsbury Society Members and $265 for non-Members.
